WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU ARRIVE LATE?

It is strongly recommended to arrive on time, the games last one hour, and after a short technical break new players start their game. If you arrive late, you will lose precious time from your playing time, which will affect your chances to solve all the tasks. It’s recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier that your game starts. In case of arriving by car you are supposed to take the traffic into account. You can use the map provided on our website (see page: Contacts), and in a highly unlikely situation if you get lost, please call our number  +498946135743, we are glad to help you out, if you tell us where are you exactly.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL OR MOVE MY RESERVATION? (I DID NOT PAY AT THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION.)

Of course, you have plenty opportunities. You received an email when you made your reservation, which contains a button ’Cancel’, which would do the job. If this does not work for you somehow, you can send an email to our email address info@munich-escape-room.com with your name, date and time of your reservation, and the name of the chosen room. We will cancel your reservation.

I WOULD LIKE TO BOOK. HOW SHOULD I DO THAT?

At the page ’Book online' please select the desired room, and choose one from the free dates. If you want to organize a bigger event (team building activities, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties etc.) we recommend you to contact us via info@munich-escape-room.com.

IS THE GAME SUITABLE FOR LARGER GROUPS OF PEOPLE OR FOR TEAM BUILDING?

The Game is perfect for bigger groups!
We have two unique Escape Rooms that can be played in duel mode with a total of 11 people. If the group is even larger, we start several doubles games one after the other, shortening the break between two doubles games to approx. 10 minutes to avoid unnecessary waiting times.

ARE THERE ANY AGE LIMITS?

According to our experiences the game is enjoyable over 12-14. Age limit doesn’t exist, but because of the complex tasks and puzzles small children usually can’t really get involved. Adult supervision in case of children under 16 is compulsory.

HOW SHOULD WE DRESS?

You should dress comfortable. The floors of the rooms can be dirty because of your shoes (in case of certain weather situations like snow). Laying down, crawling etc. is not necessary to reach success. Reading glasses are recommended, if they are necessary.

IS THE GAME HORRORISTIC/SCARY/ETC.?

The game isn’t about scaring but about fun, challenge and team working. To reach the goal of the rooms you will have to solve the tasks you get. If you want to leave the room, you can do it any time. The door is never locked, of course. In case of claustrophobic or epileptic issues please contact us via email for more detailed answer about our games and rooms.

CAN WE GET HELP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME IF WE GET STUCK?

Certainly. During the game our staff will follow your progression by using cameras mounted on the walls. If your team gets stuck they will give you a little hint to help you through that phase.

CAN I LEAVE THE ROOM AT ANY TIME?

Yes, you can, the door of the room is not locked.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU CHANGE THE TASKS IN THE ROOMS?

The themes of the rooms are not matters of change. The tasks, inventories, missions and equipment’s can change a little, but the re-playability of the rooms is usually poor. If you liked one of our rooms we can recommend our other room.
